To make Bubble, towel dry and apply Vavoom Height of Glam Volumizing Foam from scalp to ends. Blow dry smooth using a round brush. When dry, backcomb hair under the surface hair in the back. Use a 1" flat iron on surface hair for additional smoothing. Apply Vavoom Extra-Full Freezing Spray.
