This short pixie look is an example of opposites attracting.  It combines edgy lines with soft curves, and height with width.  Volume and detail are displayed through blow-drying and attention to a final intuitive finesse.

Step 1:
Cleanse and treat with Vavoom Bust-Out Body Shampoo and Conditioner.

Step 2:
On damp hair, apply Vavoom Volumizing Gel, distributing it well from the roots to the ends.    Using a small cushion brush, start on the sides of the head, and blow dry the hair forward with only a slight amount of volume.  Keep this area close to the head with only slight volume.  Create height in the crown area, with short, quick strokes that lift as well as smooth.  Be sure to keep the hair at the nape close and sleek.

Step 3:
Blow the hair towards the back of the head when approaching the crown area. When the front of the head and the heavy fringe are reached, continue to dry the hair with a slight lift to encourage volume.

Step 4:
At this point, emulsify a small amount of Vavoom Switch Flicks throughout the fringe, crown and sides detailing the movement of the layers. Select pieces to tousle and exaggerate in order to personalize this bohemian look.

Tip:
Focus on the crown as a pivot point in blow drying this look.  It brings emphasis to the cut which was created with a round yet angular shape in mind

Fingers are a great way to create lift throughout the hair without the volume of a brush.
