Cutting hair in a salon at age seventeen, Vickie was already a success, having determined that herself. She started, and sold, three salons, while raising a family, and running a business.

Vickie was ‘paid’ to make people beautiful on the outside, but she quickly learned loyal clients come back when she helps them experience their beauty on the inside.  Those same clients brought their friends to Vickie for that same experience.

Her success in coaching others in her salons to find and keep loyal clients caught the attention the Matrix organization. They came to her with a “deal she couldn’t refuse,” an opportunity to expand her world. Giving Vickie the opportunity to motivate and inspire stylist to reach their personal best.
