Sponsoring several celebrity events in New York during the month of May, Matrix Men was on the scene and raising money for a good cause. At the Matrix Men/Entertainment Weekly Fall TV Preview Party, celebs walked the paparazzi-packed red carpet and were escorted to the Matrix Men Styling Station and their picture snapped with the NEW Matrix Men Style Power 3-in-1(shampoo, conditioner, and light hold styler all-in-one). Matrix Men teamed up with The Fresh Air Fund, making donations in support of New York's neediest kids for every celeb that posed. Jenny Morgenthau, Executive Director of The Fresh Air Fund expressed her gratitude for the generous donation of $10,000, "This generous gift from Matrix Men makes it possible for us to give inner-city children the chance to experience the joys of summer in the country. We are truly grateful for your support!"

On June 7, New York City business leaders, Department of Education officials and MOUSE youth technology leadership participants were brought together to thank and honor the MOUSE Squads of the Year for their outstanding contributions to their schools and communities. The mission of MOUSE, a nonprofit organization, is to empower students and teachers through the effective use of technology in public schools. All attendees received Biolage and Matrix Men totaling over $4K worth of product.

Matrix Men was also on hand on June 10th at the Sports Dream Bowl in Las Vegas to support the Urban Youth Scholarship Fund, providing opportunity for outstanding youths in inner cities. NFL Hall of Fame inductee, Warren Moon, hosted the event where professional athletes including, Elton Brand from the Los Angeles Clippers, Warrick Dunn from the Atlanta Falcons, NBA legend, Clyde Drexler, Antawn Jamison from the Washington Wizards, Tracy McGrady from the Houston Rockets, Carson Palmer from the Cincinnati Bengals, Jerry Rice, NFL Wide Receiver and many others competed on the bowling lanes. Matrix Men Energel and Thick Blast Thickening Spray were distributed to all the athletes in VIP goody bags.
