March 2007 - Vavoom Gold Heat Makes Its Debut At the Oscars
What better way to debut Vavoom’s latest styling range, Gold Heat than during Hollywood’s most golden time: the week leading up to the Academy Awards. Vavoom Gold Heat created a deluxe salon at Oscars-central: the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, and staffed it with Matrix Celebrity Stylist Mark Townsend and Matrix Artistic Designers Dan Csicsai and Edwin Fontanez. These gentlemen created statuette-worthy styles with new Gold Heat for leading ladies including Rosario Dawson, Natasha Richardson, Christina Ricci, Petra Nemcova, Little Miss Sunshine Herself, Abigail Breslin, Hollywood It-Girl Hayden Pannettiere and others. These ladies were also treated to Cera-repair treatments and Prizms.plus clear gloss treatments to make sure locks were shiny and healthy for the red carpet. And what’s even better – a donation was made to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation in each of their names by Vavoom.
All the salon’s lovely guests – as well as the hotel’s 63 Academy Award Nominees-in residence – were treated to a custom Vavoom Gold Heat Oscars Weekender. This gorgeous bag was created with a dual purpose – its secret compartment was designed specifically to hold an Oscars statuette – OR the country’s most-precious hair care: Vavoom Gold Heat. Either way, Hollywood’s top talent went home with the gold.
