PLEASE !! bring back the old formula. It was PERFECT and no other shampoo gives the same result. I have been using this shampoo (the old formula) for as long as I can remember, with the conditionner and the root lifter. PLEASE bring it back !! Since it is gone, every day is a bad hair day. Help !! Thank you.

I too agree this new formula is not an improvement for me. It now makes my hair coarse, and unruly. The little bit of gray hair I do have use to blend in and fluff with the rest of my hair. Now now it appears very coarse, heavy and gray and just lays on my head. I could not figure out why I was having trouble with my hair at first but then used a small bottle I had left of the old formula and my hair turned out beautiful, just like it always has. I have been using this shampoo for over 15 yrs. and have always been pleased. Now I am very disappointed. Please bring the old formulation back. Thank you.

I agree. This is not the same shampoo. My hair feels very dry and stringy and it gets oily and flat really quick. What the heck did you do to this wonderful shampoo????

I have fine hair without volume. I used Amplify shampoo and Conditioner. IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME. I use another Matrix product (ultra hydrating balm and it works miracles)

I have used Proforma hairspray for Years. I just bought the new Total results Amplify Volume Hairspray. I bought three cans, which I will be returning. I HATE the new product. First, it smells horrible. Secondly, it does not hold my hair nearly as firmly as the previous product. I am Very Unhappy with this change. You have lost a very long-standing and loyal customer, unless you bring the old product back.
