I absolutely LOVE this product! Love the smell, the way it makes my hair feel-so light & soft. I have really thick hair so its a perfect combination for my hair. Plus it makes my color last forever :D

I bought the shampoo and conditioner Total Results Color Care. The shampoo smells great. The conditioner smells horrible. It almost smells bad. Paid a lot of money and I am very disappointed. Tried it twice - both times my hair smelled so bad!!! Wouldn't recommend!

I just bought this shampoo...So Silver. It was recommended at the salon. She warned me about not leaving it on too long and "don't use it every day!". So, I came to the Matrix web site to read the "how to use info", and there is none. Impossible to read the words on the back of the bottle.

This is the only product I have used on my grey hair. It now looks and feels processed. It is dull, dry, no shine , and the depth of the hair has dissappeared. I used this one time, after recommended by a stylist who sold it. My natural hair is ruined by this product. Unless your hair is GROSS, I would not recommend this. Because , I feel like it ruined mine.

This shampoo is not the same as the So Silver I have used. Too little brightener for white hair , and and lack of shine.
