I am not happy! I used 9CG to tone my blonde highlights and add shine. And my whole head is a level 6 red. Yes I followed directions. Hoping it washes out quickly to see highlights again. :(

I am a stylist in a salon, we recently where remodeled and all if our Filler and corrective color charts where thrown away. Where can I get copies of them. They where a great reference tool.

???friend got hair colored and was bleached, over processed! Then went back and the mgr put 6g all over , now is green. I'm 1000 miles away. What would be the best thing to do? Need an answer asap! Thanx

As long as you know what you are doing with color, this is an excellent system. Naturally, if the root is natural and the ends previously colored, the ends will be darker. The shine from this color is incredible and it's the only system I use for toning.

You must rememeber, this is a deposit only color so if there is high porosity there will be more deposit. However, on roots you will get some lift due to the peroxide used. I suggest using two seperate formulas to compensate for the problems. Color Sync is an excellent color line. I use it for filling, overall color and creative. The shine cannot be beat!

Always turns dark and usualy hot root. Not used to this color line and haven't liked the unpredictable results. Also no vibrant colors even with kickers that stay in for longer than a week.
