Smoothie Supreme Mask

This is my favorite product I got in the matrix package — I mean, isn’t a smoothie supreme hair mask always gonna beat the shampoo and regular conditioner?! I used the shampoo, conditioner, and then the mask for the FULLY decked out experience :D pictures show my hair after using all three and blow drying. My hair NEVER looks this soft and sleek just after a shower if I haven’t added leave in or some extra products for smoothing. It says it’s anti-frizz and I can attest to that. It doesn’t leave any weird residue — if your hair tends to get oily after a day, these products might actually postpone that a day. My hair has been dry the last few weeks after vacation and swimming in the ocean, and this product left my hair feeling super hydrated. Also, the smell is delicious and summery. All wins!

This mask made my hir feel soft and smooth. There was also less frizz and flyaways. It gave my dull hair some shine. It has a great scent and is simple to use - and rinses out easily.

I like this hair mask! The tub is a good size - I think I'd prefer a different style of container, but I do know most hair masks come in tubs like this. Sometimes it's hard to hold the tub, the lid and add product to your hair. My hair has two textures - one does better with the mask than the other, but I've still been getting great results! A little of the product tends to go a long way and I anticipate that this will last me for awhile. Easy to use, adds shine and helps control frizz, and it smells good!

I love all Matrix products but haven’t tried the Mega Sleek Smoothie Supreme Smoothing Mask so I was excited to and I am now obsessed! This hair mask is super easy to use and rinse out! I love how frizz free my hair is after using this as well as very soft, smooth, tangle free plus leaves my hair smelling amazing all day long! This paired with the shampoo and conditioner has my hair looking and feeling awesome!

I was so excited when I saw this hefty, vibrant orange tub that contained a hair mask in a delicious, lighter orange color that looked good enough to eat, making the name "smoothie" make sense. However, that's not the real reason it's called "smoothie." It's because it's packed full of ingredients that will feed your hair, leaving it looking brand new. Ingredients like oleic acid, jojoba oil, and shea butter, to name a few. Together, these ingredients work to protect your hair from humidity, lock in moisture, and fight frizz. From the moment I cracked the lid on that tub, I was immediately intoxicated by the most delicious, addictive scent of salted caramel and pistachio. The mask is rich, creamy, and dense but has enough slip that it glides on easily and doesn't fall off my hair, so there is little waste in application. I like to put a shower cap on while it processes for 5 or more minutes to really let my hair marinate in it. The results are amazing because I've always felt self-conscious of my fluffy, frizzy, and very coarse hair. This mask makes my hair shine as well as smooth it out, so I look sleek like a movie star, and frizz? We don't know her. I'll be using this once to twice a week forever. This mask will never leave my shower, and I will be repurchasing it again and again. It works for all hair types, not just hair like mine, so I highly recommend it.

If you are dealing with dry frizzy hair this is for you! My hair is thick and frizzy and I felt a huge difference with each use. The creamy texture spreads easily through my hair. I noticed after one use my hair was more manageable but after consistent use, it helped tame the frizz and added a healthy shine without weighing my hair down. I definitely think this is meant for thick hair. I tried it on my friend’s thin hair and she did not have the same results as me. There is a scent which is good but might be strong for some. Overall, I found it to be a treatment for my thick hair.

I don’t have frizzy hair so I didn’t really see the “smoothing” benefits for type 4B hair though I can say the mask does have good texture and hold and smells decent.

It tends to knot and frizz more than I would like. This hat mask definitely felt like a treat, it’s super thick and feels so rich when applying it. I received Matrix Mega Sleek Smoothie Supreme Mask for free from Influenster and Matrix in exchange for my honest review. The mask comes in a jar which is very easy to unscrew. The mask is very thick and a little scoop is enough for your hair. My curly hair is just below my shoulders and I have been using this as a once a week treatment. It leaves my hair very soft but there isn't much of a difference with my frizz especially the area near my forehead. The mask smells like jojoba oil but the scent isn't too much once rinsed out. I left the mask on for at least 5 minutes before I rinsed off.

This hair mask is good. I love Matrix products so I loved getting this to try. The mask has a thick consistency and leaves my hair smooth and shiny. The packaging is durable and stays in my shower. After using the product in the shower I blow dry and style my hair and it looks beautiful and smooth.

All three of my daughters and myself decided to use the shampoo, conditioner, and supreme mask. All three products have a real thick consistency with a good smell. The mask is easily washed out. They did not seem to leave any residue behind. We used this for a couple weeks, really thinking that we were going to like it. Unfortunately the product started drying our hair out and making it feel damaged and we had to stop using it.

I love how thick and nourishing this mask is without being too heavy. You can tell once you rinse it out that it’s doing something, my hair feels noticeably softer and more hydrated. But not weighed down and it never leaves a residue. I use it at l least once a week with the rest of the product line and I definitely notice that I’ve been having less breakage and that my hair has less frizz and can hold up better to the PNW’s rain and humidity. It smells good too. It has a warm sweet caramel scent.

This is an incredible mask! I loved it on my hair. It made it so soft and silky. I used it on my niece who has incredible curly hair and it made her curls smooth and bouncy. It did not leave it oily. And frizzyness was gone. Packaging is so summer with the orange.

I was really excited to try this trio, however, there was an issue with shipping so I received two conditioners and one hair mask, so my review will be based on those two. Both the mask and the conditioner have a nice not overly powerful scent. The mask was super hydrating and I would use it twice a week after applying conditioner. It didn’t feel overly heavy, it felt nice and soft.

My frizz ball hair has never been better! I love that this mask is ultra moisturizing without weighing down my hair. It smells great and soaks into the hair instead of sitting on top and feeling oily.

I really love this hair mask, it’s by so far one of my favorite hair masks I’ve ever used. It makes my hair look so good and soft, no frizz at all!
