Controller Gel

I've had the opportunity to try matrix products and they are absolutely worth every penny, I tried the controller gel and first of all smells good, does its job on holding on firmly without the the stiffness of other brands, easy to reshape with a little bit of water, there is no need to apply more to reshape, best of all, it's easy to clean off your hands and doesn't stick too bad to combs and brushes. Overachiever 3 in 1, looks like gel in a jar, little too soft for it to call it a pomade/paste but it works like a pomade/paste easy to shape and work on hair like a champ, easy to work with a brush and hair drier, comes off easily and the best of all its not oily like some other products I've tried before. Dry shampoo, smells great at first then as it dries out has a funny smell but leaves hair smelling good and works, I used this product to remove gel and overachiver and work fine. I would highly recommend the line of products, MATRIX has proved that makes great quality products and has the consumer in mind, it might not be the best budget options since it's not cheap compared to other hair products and doesn't break the brand as many others. If you are looking for the best give it a try and judge by yourself.

This gel is perfect for all Styles! I use it on my long haired pony tails to keep my baby hairs down or give me a slicked back look.

Pretty solid gel. I'm super picky because I have curly hair and use gel regularly so I want something that fully does why it says and keeps the form in my hair. I like their product, it's light weight and not residue leaving. Smells decent

Used this gel controller to make a slick back ponytail and it worked very well. It didn't leave my hair feelings super stiff or flaky like I've noticed with other products. It was easy to work with on dry hair and left my hair in perfect condition throughout the whole night.

I really like this gel it did not leave my hands sticky when using it nor did it make the hair stiff.

I like how this product didn't leave my curls feeling super dry or flaky from it being a gel product. It comfortably went onto my strands and was still able to give them bounce.

I really like this gel for my curly hair! It smells great, not sticky & holds my curls in place without weighing them down & that's not an easy task for a gel. My hair wasn't "crunchy" either like some gels can do. I am often looking for products exactly like this as I do not blow dry my hair, I air dry it so my curls set. I need something that is no fuss, this fits the bill wonderfully!

I'm not usually someone who uses a lot of gel because I'm a very lazy person but I had to try this product out for myself. Now, I have hair long enough to come down to my butt but I do have the annoying fly aways that I need to tame every now and then after I curl or straighten my hair. This gel is not only light weight but doesn't have any scents nor does it leave any residue in my hair. It holds down my fly aways all day long and doesn't leave it greasy!! Super recommended - you won't regret it.
