Q: what’s the difference in blue and purple containers
2 months ago1 Answer
A: The Blue Container (Light Master V-Light): Think of Blue as our original lightening hero! This classic formula is a total 'pro' at giving you up to 8 levels of lift. It’s perfect for all your standard highlighting and balayage needs, leaving hair bright and beautiful. 🌊 The Purple Container (Light Master with Bonder Inside): The Purple tub is our protective powerhouse! It gives you that same amazing 8 levels of lift, but it has a pre-mixed bonder inside to protect your hair fibers while you lighten. It’s the ultimate bestie for anyone concerned about keeping their hair strong and healthy during a color change! 🛡✨ Pro Tip: If you're planning a big transformation or have hair that needs a little extra love, the Purple tub with the built-in bonder is your go-to for that 'stronger-than-ever' blonde!

Q: If the product is supposed to be on for 50 minutes and it takes 30 minutes to apply, what happens to the last section?
7 months ago1 Answer
A: The last section would be under-processed compared to the first sections, potentially leading to uneven results, as it only gets 20 minutes of "on" time instead of the recommended 50 minutes. This is why, for many products with a specific "on" time, it's often recommended to start the timer after the application is fully completed, or to apply quickly and strategically, especially for professionals.
