- New Pre-Bonded complex for instant fiber protection

How To Use
PREPARATION OF MIXTURE: Wear suitable, disposable gloves. For one application, mix 1.5 oz (45 g) of Super Sync Haircolor with 1.5 oz (45 ml) of Matrix 10V (3%) Cream Developer.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Use exclusively with recommended Matrix Cream Developer, 10 volume (3% maximum). Use only the proportions indicated.
APPLICATION AND RINSING: Wear suitable, disposable gloves. Do not use with metal tools (clips, comb,…). Rinse hair well after the processing time. Standard processing time is 20 minutes at room temperature. For detailed information regarding application and timing, refer to Super Sync educational material.

What is the difference between Super Sync Pre-Bonded and SoColor Sync Pre-Bonded?
Super Sync’s new and improved formula with super protection and super coverage is replacing SoColor Sync. The formula is upgraded with a new bond-protecting concentrate (citric acid and glycine) for instant fiber protection, increased gray coverage allowing you to achieve full coverage on up to 50% grey hair and full coverage on up to 75% grey hair with our new NN shades using only 10 Volume developer.
What is the grey coverage level?
Our NN shades provide up to 100% coverage on up to 75% grey hair. The rest of our palette provides 100% coverage on up to 50% grey hair using only 10 Volume.
Shades in the Reflects collection will provide translucent coverage to colored coverage depending on their level of deposit. Shades in the Cools collection will provide no coverage to translucent coverage.
What is the difference between Super Sync and Tonal Control?
Super Sync is an alkaline demi providing up to 1-level of lift while simultaneously depositing rich tones. Super Sync is perfect for gray coverage/blending, lowlighting, and creating rich end results
Tonal Control is an acidic demi that deposits sheer tonal reflects to pre-lightened hair. Tonal Control does not shift the base and is perfect for toning and glossing.
Does Super Sync provide lift?
Super Sync provides up to 1 level of lift.
Can I use Super Sync for the same salon services as SoColor Sync?
Yes! Your favorite Color Sync services can be seamlessly continued with Super Sync.
Can all the shades be intermixed? Can new and old shades be intermixed?
Yes, all shades old and new can be mixed. However, shades with HD-Red dyes must not be mixed with any other shade besides Clear. When mixing SoColor Sync with Super Sync, the Super Sync shade could dominate the mixture. Mixing NN shades with other shades may compromise the grey coverage.
Should Super Sync be applied to wet or dry hair?
We recommend applying Super Sync to clean hair that is 80% dry. Super Sync can be applied to damp hair, however on hair that is less than 80% dry, results can be lighter and tonal deposit can be somewhat diluted.
What developers can you use?
Super Sync should be used in a 1:1 ratio with 10 Volume (3%) developer.

Super Sync is SUPERB! LOVE IT!

Super sync is wonderful!!! I have used it several times now and I will be using this for grey blending. I used it with 10 volume, the coverage was perfect and wow it left the hair soft, and shiny. Thank you for making a product that beats every other color line I’ve used for grey coverage. My clients will love this and can’t wait to make the complete switch of the old line I used for grey coverage. I’m tired of unpredictability, this exceeded my expectations. Please make more colors available. This is the very BEST!
