Amazing product

I bought this to preserve my hair color and I got more that what I asked for. I never tried the product this replaced but my hair has never been so soft and much less frizzy. I also noticed I could go a day or two longer on hair days before needing to wash it. I also bought the food for soft excpeting the softness that glow mania has but it did not deliver. It’s unfortunate that I bought the food for soft in jumbos.

Allergic Reaction

Allergic reaction: My stylist said she was allergic to it. I’m not usually sensitive to hair products and never had an allergic reaction to any before. But I finished off two bottles of this and noticed that when I switched, the itching and sore scalp feeling went away. I think I was allergic to it, too.
And I join the rally cry, bring back Keep Me Vivid!

Horrible replacement of keep me vivid

I was obsessed with the keep me vivid. This new shampoo and conditioner are not it. They don’t work as well and it’s smells AWFUL like cheap hotel shaped shampoo. I don’t know why they had to fix something that wasn’t broken

Bring back Keep Me Vivid

The new formula is okay but I liked the Keep Me Vivid better. The old formula smelled better and I didn’t have to worry about my head being sensitive to it and avoiding sunlight. Will not buy again.

Too harsh with reactive ingredients

I was excited to try this product as I use other Matrix products and love them. First time use was at the hair salon. The back of my head started itching within 5 minutes but didn’t realize at time was the shampoo. I bought a bottle at Amazon and used 3 times. My head got worse - itching horribly and sore. Noticed after some pool time my head and scalp was red and burning. My neck and back also was itching. I had red splotches on my skin. After researching realized the acids in this shampoo reacts really bad for people with sensitive scalps and skin. 4 days later after last use itching and burning is getting milder. I wish it was not so harsh as it left hair glowing and shiny but can’t tolerate the chemicals.

disappointment

the lather is basically non existent, I have to use a ridiculous amount of product and my hair still comes out feeling greasy and gunky. one of the worst shampoos I have ever used
