Ugh. They discontinued this product, created a new one, and called it by the same name. I’ve been loyal for 28 years.
I gave the new version a solid try. It’s not good. Bummed I have to move on.
If you ever bring back the original scent (that we all know and love), please let me know.

Heavily coating and dry my hair

I've been using the reg sleek shampoo and conditioner and its been great. I bout the liters of the shampoo and conditioner and it has not been working for me. My hair feels heavily coated and dry. I cant even use it anymore. What did you change?

Sad about the change

Extremely disappointed in the new formula after using this and food for soft along with the serum, I find myself searching on Google for known alternatives now. This definitely does not work for smoothing the way it used to. Unlike other reviews the smell did not bother me but otherwise it’s a total let down and I won’t be buying anymore. It’s unfortunate I just bought two large bottles for as expensive as they are!

I am so mad 😡 I’ve been using matrix mega sleek for YEARS and I go to buy my favorite hair care and you have changed the formula!?! The smell is atrocious! Shame on you for changing. Looks like I’ll be finding a new brand! You are going to lose money on this. Absolutely ridiculous!
