Matrix BlondeMax 9+ Oil-Powered Developer is to ONLY be used with BlondeMax 9+ Oil-Powered Lightener as a lightening system, to guarantee bright blonde results.
Wear suitable disposable gloves. Mix product in a well-ventilated area. Put the recommended amount of BlondeMax 9+ Oil-Powered Lightener and BlondeMax 9+ Developer 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved. Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.

Including levels 2-5 when up to 9 levels of lift is desired. When using on lighter levels (6+) it is recommended to use 20 volume BlondeMax 9+ Oil Developer and to check lifting action frequently (for example, every 10-15 minutes).
Oil from the BlondeMax 9+ Brightening System efficiently delivers persulfates, our lightening active, to the hair’s cortex where it fragments eumelanin and pheomelanin in the hair fiber. This allows light to pass through with reduced brassy undertones created by pheomelanin to deliver our brightest, cleanest, most even lift yet.
