Matrix BlondeMax 9+ Oil-Powered Lightener is to ONLY be used with BlondeMax 9+ Oil-Powered Developers as a lightening system, to guarantee bright blonde results.

How To Use

Wear suitable disposable gloves. Mix product in a well-ventilated area. Put the recommended amount of BlondeMax 9+ Oil-Powered Lightener and BlondeMax 9+ Developer 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved. Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.
