Following Shampoo, apply treatment mask from mid lengths to ends and leave on 3-5 minutes. Rinse. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately. Follow with oil. Tap the side or open the jar to get every last drop!

Great hair mask for damaged or dry hair! Very heavy so i don’t think it would be for everyone. I have very dry hair from past bleaching and my hair really likes this mask! it smells great as well.

Thank you Matrix ! My hair look salon quality at home. I was a little sceptic as my hair have tendency to weight down with super nourishing masks. I had to chose to buy very little for big jar for better price, I took a risk :) I am amazed with how my hair look like after one use only. Im wondering it it will get even better as I continue. Thanks for great investment!:) my hair feel very happy as well as I do :) soft, silky , nourish and shiny :)

This hair mask isn’t a favorite of mine but might work better for people with thicker hair. My hair is fairly fine and no matter how much I used it felt heavy. It smells great and did leave my hair soft.

The ingredients have a wonderful light scent. Unfortunately this was too heavy for my personal hair. The packaging is beautiful and the price is good.

causing hair loss

bought this about 4 months ago. i've been losing hair like crazy and my hair dresser noticed. i didn't even think about what it could be from until i looked to buy this again and so many comments are talking about hair loss and it made me realize that i haven't used anything new in my hair other than this. really sad about it. thankfully my hair is super super thick so it's not too noticeable. throwing it out immediately.

Soft hair and great smell. No help with hydration

After a color and highlights, I needed help due to breakage and a friend recommended Food For Soft. Yes, my hair was soft however, I did not have any sign of relief from breakage or dryness.

I’m a fan of Matrix products in general. This is a solid product to add to your rotation. It smells great and added an extra shine and softness to my hair. I’m naturally oily so I had to be careful, but overall a good product.

Not hydrating

I love other product from this brand but this product wasn’t doing it for me. It made my hair actually dry instead of hydrating. I woke up with frizzy hair and it may just be my hair too. I do love the packaging and the amount of product that is in this small container. I also really love the smell it has.

BEST HYDRATING MASK

I am very picky on the products I use on my hair. Ever since my hairdresser used Matrix on my hair, I LOVED it. I was able to try the liquid mask and it works wonders. Definitely worth the price and the packaging is so convenient. I would recommend adding it to your hair care routine for great results!! Leaves hair feeling smooth and smelling even better!!

Definitely rich and hydrating. Thick consistency.
Only reason I gave 4 stars is for personal preference. I'm not a fan of perfumed fragrances. The scent is pleasant and not strong but does not need to be a perfume.
As far as a treatment, it's great. My hair loves it !!!

My hair gets tangled easily and this mask really helped hydrate and soften my hair. It comes in a large container that I’ll definitely last me a while and smells amazing. It was easily to apply and brush through my hair and rinse out as well. Would use again.

Silky smooth hair in a jar

This mask is so great at taming my thing straight but very frizzy hair. After rinsing it makes my hair so silky and easy to brush my hair is normally very tangled but my brush just glides through effortlessly every time I use it. It smells nice in the jar not too strong I don't really smell anything lingering in my hair though. I would definitely purchase this to keep using weekly you get a lot in the jar for the price and quality.

I enjoyed using this it was very easy apply for 3-5 minutes while doing other things. It had a light scent but smelled great. After using my hair felt wonderful, very soft and looked great. I can't wait to see if it continues to improve with each useage.

This product firstly, smells amazing. The mask is very easy to use in the shower and smell alone makes me love using it. I love that it is super nourishing for my hair, with the added avocado oil and hyaluronic acid. It really makes my hair super soft and smell amazing. I only use this product from my ear down, but the tube is huge and you don’t need a lot. It seems like a great value and that it will take me forever to use! For reference I have fine and thin hair and this doesn’t make it greasy at all. I highly recommend this product!

I am in love with this Food For Soft Rich Hydrating Treatment Mask! First let me just say it smells soooo good! Its so smooth and creamy and easy to use. It doesn’t take much so a little goes a long way. I was able to use it on my all natural color treated hair and so far I haven’t had any issues. My hair was so soft and shiny after use. If you’re thinking about it, just get it!!

My opinion✨

These have been incredibly beneficial for my hair, however I really need a haircut because my hair has been so dry from the cold weather. I adore the hair mask treatment's aroma; it has a tropical, coconut scent. The way I use is by washing my hair, applying the hair mask, then taking a nighttime shower to wash it off. After it is amazing!! ✨ I don't particularly enjoy the Leave-in conditioner’s smell to me like rose-scented perfume. However they are my favorite, I can tell that after using both of these on my hair, the shine has returned and it has become softer. I'll keep incorporating these into my daily routine, I will definitely recommend.
