I got this and the matching conditioner from Ulta last week, and I gotta say it works REALLY well. For the first time ever, I got to see my curls at their full potential. Full definition, no frizz, no weigh-down, SO soft. Love it. THANK YOU MATRIX! 🍓🫧💕✨

Not worth the money or the hair loss

At first, I thought the product worked wonderfully, it smelled great, it left my curls more bouncy. Within about 2 weeks my hair became squeaky as I would wash it, as the shampoo was stripping everything out of my hair. My hair became hard to comb even when wet. And the worst part of all, I have lost a fair amount of hair due to it falling out from the use of these products.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Highly irritating to my scalp

This shampoo caused my scalp to get more and more irritated and itchy with each use, to the point where I had to stop using it. It's unfortunate that a supposedly premium shampoo contains sulfates, which are known skin irritants. I would expect a shampoo that costs this much to be sulfate free.

no liter size wavy/weightless shampoo

the weightless moisture shampoo for wavy hair is amazing, but everytime i go to choose the 1liter size bottle instead of the smaller on every site it only shows the packaging and description for the gentle cleansing shampoo for curls and coils, says it right on the product, the little black curl/coil symbol indicators on the bottle are filled in but the wavy is on the transparent bottle, which are not the same product... Why is there no liter of the wavy shampoo available?

I noticed a different in my curls after only my second us. I used to have beautiful corkscrews until I tried to chemically straighten my hair at around 13. Since then, my curls has been lackluster but this shampoo and conditioner duo brought some life back to those curls!
