How To Use
After using Shampoo or Co-Wash and Mask, apply desired amount of product depending on curl density (less for fine hair and more for thick hair). Apply to soaking wet hair from root to tip, sectioning off as you go. Scrunch curls and follow with Light Hold Gel for definition, and Lightweight Oil for added shine. Allow to air dry or diffuse.

DEFINITELY WILL BUY AGAIN

How I use the product is after washing and conditioning my curly hair. I would distribute the cream from route to end sure to tangle it first, and then with a curly brush smooth curls over and bend it a little bit so strands are fully coded and perfectly curled. What I love about this product is a thick consistency that helps me retain moisture and longevity of style. I was surprised how matrix was able to make a thick cream that is not too runny or does suit my hair. The only downside is a little bit pricey, but it's fully justifiable because it is that great and the tub comes completely brimmed with product. I would purchase absolutely.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product line

A few years ago, my hairdresser introduced me to this series to revive my curls! What a difference! I use the shampoo, cowash, mask, leave in conditioner, and gel. I get compliments on how great my hair smells and how fresh my hair looks all the time. I am a forever fan of the A Curl Can Dream line of products.

Type 4 twist out - Soft and defined 👍🏾🥰

At first I was a little concerned. There were not many, barely any, with type 4 reviewing this product. Most were brush or scrunch and go reviews. I look for twist out reviews, because my scrunch and go is a big NO. One complaint was about definition, which is key for a twist out.
Since the beautician suggested the matrix line, I purchased the build-a bond line, suggested by my cousin. I used the entire line except for the leave-in. I figured a curl can dream leave in would be better for me. The build-a -bond leave in is gel like.

It works well on my curls and coils!

I loved how this hair cream made my hair feel smooth and melted into my hair strands nicely. It also aided in the detangling process. This cream has a slightly thick but a little runny consistency that I enjoyed. The only thing I would change about this product is the fragrance. Although it smells very pleasant, it can be a bit much for those who aren't really into strong scents.
