Max Blonde Toning made specifically for High-Level Blondes 10+! Up to 105% Shinier Hair*. Pre-bonded. *vs. lightened, unwashed hair. Long-Lasting Up to 9 Weeks/ 24 Washes.
How To Use
PREPARATION OF MIXTURE: Wear suitable, disposable gloves. For one application, mix 1.5 oz (45 g) of Tonal Control BlondeMax Haircolor with 1.5 oz (45 ml) of Matrix 10V (3%) Cream Developer.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Use exclusively with recommended Matrix Cream Developer, 10 volume (3% maximum). Use only the proportions indicated.
APPLICATION AND RINSING: Wear suitable, disposable gloves. Do not use with metal tools (clips, comb,…). Rinse hair well after the processing time. Standard processing time is 20 minutes at room temperature. For detailed information regarding application and timing, refer to Tonal Control BlondeMax educational material.

What are some of the benefits of using Tonal Control Blonde Max?
- Our pre-bonded, no-ammonia acidic toners provide a no fuss solution to toning high level blondes (levels 10 + 11) with no Clear needed for max blonde. Don’t fear over deposit.
- Tonal Control shades are formulated with oxidative dyes for long-lasting results up to 24-washes.
Can the new shades be mixed with other Tonal Control shades?
Tonal Control shades can be mixed with one another. However, 8VR, 8CR, 7R, 8C, and NEW 10NR which use HD-Red dyes for added vibrancy and longevity, are not recommended for mixing with each other or with any other shade, except Clear – Totally Transparent.
When would I use Super Sync vs. Tonal Control?
- Super Sync is recommended for refreshing, low-lighting, root blending, color correcting and grey blending.
- Tonal Control is recommended for post-lightening toning and glossing.

Tonal Control Pre-Bonded has a gel-cream consistency meaning its fast to apply, easy to distribute, saturates all hair types, and can be used with bottle or bowl and brush.
What ingredients (or technologies) are used to provide pre-bonded benefits in Tonal Control Pre-Bonded? Is it the same as Super Sync Pre-Bonded?
- Tonal Control Pre-Bonded features the Bond Protecting Concentrate with taurine and cationic polymers to reinforce and repair weakened bonds. The acidic formula provides smoothness and intense shine.
- Super Sync Pre-Bonded with Citric Acid and Glycine results in improved preservation of strong (di-sulfide) bond protection. Preserving the integrity of the strong bonds, protecting the strong bonds in order protect and preserve fiber strength at 1x application.
