Move towards the front area, making sure the sides are dried the same way as the crown.
Emulsify 1 part Matte Definer through your hands. Use the tips of fingers to run through the middle, creating texture.
Emulsify 1 part Matte Definer through your hands, and mold the outer shape into place.
