Mega Sleek Iron Smoother

This is an excellent heat protectant (protects up to 450°F) and frizz reducing leave-in spray. I like that this leave-in sprays in an even mist to coat my hair prior to flat ironing. Now when I typically flay iron my hair I do have a problem maintaining a sleek/ smooth style since my hair is naturally curly. When using this spray my sleek style was maintained longer with less frizz then usual. I also like that this spray did not cause a sticky or greasy feeling in my hair.

This product is amazing! I sprayed this on my hair and let it air dry a little before adding any heat to my hair. It started to eliminate frizz immediately! These products are a little pricey but it's worth it!

Really love this Matrix Sleek Iron Smoother. Makes my hair feel and smell amazing. Helps with my fly awaits I got no tangles I live this product definitely will be purchasing these products. Must try if you want sleek and great smelling hair.

I’ve been looking for a good straightening spray and I am extremely happy I found this. It makes my hair looks sleek and butter straight. I tested it on Easter and ABSOLUTELY loved it.

I used this product while using my curling iron. It made my hair very silky smooth & tamed the frizz. It smelled amazing. I will definitely repurchase.

I prefer a serum for making my hair smoother, but the spray did work well, didn’t have the best scent, but overall performed. I’d recommend if you like a spray over a serum!

I love using the sleek iron by matrix when I straightened my hair. I like that it does not weigh my hair down. Also, it helps keep my flyaways in place. The weather here in Vegas has been warmer and windy and this product helps my hair not frizz. The sprayer delivers a good mister to distribute the product. The scent is light kinda of a herbal scent. I like that the bottle is see through that way you can see how much product is left Definitely will continue using the sleek iron when I straightened my hair.

This was easy to spray and apply to my hair. I didn’t care for the scent. I would prefer something not as highly scented. It did fade quickly. I like my other products better.

I really liked the scent of this product and you get a lot in the bottle it comes in. I liked the shine it gave my hair but really didn’t think it did much to help with frizz.

I don't straighten my hair but maybe 3 times a year max but every time I do, I use a product such as this one to help protect my hair.

This will definitely help those crazy baby hairs clam down! I noticed my hair to be shiny and more put in place when using this! The smell was good not too overwhelming or gross smelling! Overall a good product! Just be easy by the roots could make your hair look greasy!

okay so I did not use this product to straighten my hair. I used it for sheen and a leave in and I like the sheen even on my natural non straightened hair. The scent is similar to the shampoo and conditioner.

Always good to have a nice spray for heat protection and keeping your hair sleek! or even keeping your curls shiny! definitely up to par with other sprays I've used

I loved this spray. I used to much at first, but I figured out how much to use. my hair is very fine so I worry about looking greasy

I don’t use sprays too often, but I like this one so far, it doesn’t leave my hair greasy or feeling heavy.

I will definitely be repurchasing this! I love the mist on this spray and the smell isn’t overpowering. It does exactly what i was expecting it to do. I left my hair straight for 2-3 days after use.

I can not get over how smooth my hair feels! This product has met my expectations super happy with my complementary set. The smell is not the best but it's not bad either its whatever but definitely recommend buying it really worth it.

I really enjoy this product. It smells amazing but it does make my hair seem a little oily. But I’m still trying to figure out the correct amount to use each time.

I like this product exclusively because it is a “leave-in” and heat protectant spray. I live on the east coast where it can get pretty humid and I don’t think it lives up to the frizz free claims. Maybe if you’re in a less or moderately humid climate. I will finish it up since I have it but don’t think I will be repurchasing.

I love that this makes my hair so shiny and soft when using heat. I don’t use tools any more other than my hair dryer and a brush but it helps a ton with that! It smells good and definitely does what it says. I’m enjoying the heat protectant aspect as well as the smoothing! A little goes a long way which helps make the product last longer! Definitely a win

I never have had much luck with spray in products like this. I really would like to find one that works well to keep my hair more healthy when straightening it, but honestly all the straightening sprays end up making my hair do odd things. So while I'm sure the product did in fact protect my hair from the heat, I didn't love the way my hair looked after. I'll probably just continue to burn my hair with my flat iron and get the look I'm going for without any heat-protecting spray at this point. (Photo was before straightening, not after curling.)

I had very high expectations with this product because I love the Matrix brand, and I was not disappointed! My hair already looks and feels better. Before I never used a heat protectant prior to straightening my hair (big mistake). This product makes the texture of my hair feel so much healthier. I would definitely purchase again.

This product has a nice mist so it does not saturate only one section. A little goes a long way. I will continue to use.

I really liked this product. My hair is slightly wavy with a large amount of frizz potential. I used this in two days I needed my hair to look nice and cooperate. Here in Mississippi, that’s a tall order, but this product really came through for me!

I like how this doesn't make my hair feel too oily after using it, but still gives it shine. I think it's perfect for someone who wants protection from heat, and wants the sleek look. I will definitely continue using this.

I don’t usually buy any to help make my hair sleek but this whole system seems to have helped a bit. I also love the way this smells. Plus I love sprays because they’re easy and fast

It sprays well, but maybe a bit too well. I like to spray section by section and there is a lot of overspray. Not a big deal just know you’ll need to wipe your counters

I really wish I used my straightener more. Absolutely great results. My hair came out smooth and shiny without being greasy and no build up. great scent too. I can not speak to the long term results as I only straighten occasionally but this is staying in my tool box! Definitely looking forward to trying the curl products in this line.

This was the perfect protectant spray that really does help with smoothing out the frizz. I was able to use it as a touch up as well

In my opinion, it works best when used with the Matrix shampoo and conditioner combo! My hair was smooth and shiny and looked so incredibly healthy! Healthier than it has been in a long time. I 110% recommend!!
